As part of our continued expansion, we are looking for an experienced, reliable, trustworthy, and highly motivated Bilingual Recruiter to join our Santa Ana team and help us launch and grow this new location. We are looking for someone who understands the staffing industry and is comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. The ideal candidate can move quickly, communicate professionally, stay organized, take ownership of job orders, and consistently deliver qualified candidates for our clients.

REQUIREMENTS

Previous staffing agency recruiting experience required Experience using Indeed is required Experience recruiting for warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, production, and general labor positions Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume staffing environment Must be available to work weekends when needed Flexibility to work additional hours based on client and recruiting needs Comfortable making a high volume of calls and following up with candidates Able to review resumes and quickly identify qualified candidates Experience conducting phone, virtual, and in-person interviews Able to manage multiple job orders and priorities simultaneously Strong communication and follow-up skills Organized, dependable, proactive, trustworthy, and results-driven Strong sense of urgency and ability to meet recruiting deadlines Must be available to start immediately

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Recruit qualified candidates for multiple client accounts Post and manage job opportunities on Indeed and other recruiting platforms Review resumes and contact qualified applicants Conduct candidate interviews and screenings Coordinate onboarding and employee dispatches Maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process Follow up on open job orders and recruiting priorities Assist with urgent and high-volume staffing requests Maintain accurate candidate and recruiting records Work closely with Dynasty management and other recruiters to meet client staffing goals Help support the successful launch and growth of our new Santa Ana office
