Overview We are actively seeking a dedicated Staffing Recruiter / Junior Recruiter to join our team located in Santa Ana, CA. Payrate $20 - $23 Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruiting processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates across multiple roles. Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies utilizing social media marketing (recruitment) Conduct candidate research and outreach through cold calling, research techniques, and relationship management to generate high-quality candidate pipelines. Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, job specifications, and organizational goals. Facilitate candidate evaluation through structured interviews, employment law compliance, and employee evaluation methods. Maintain accurate applicant tracking system (ATS) records and ensure compliance with HR legal standards. Support campus recruitment initiatives and participate in career fairs to attract emerging talent. Assist in employee orientation programs, training & development sessions, and succession planning efforts. Engage in external recruiting efforts for high volume recruitment projects while managing internal recruiting priorities. Build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers to ensure a positive experience throughout the recruitment cycle. Skills Proven experience in recruiting, including technical recruiting, executive recruiting, and high volume recruitment. Proficiency with talent software such as Outlook, Excel, Computer skills Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication skills for candidate engagement and client interactions. Ability to source candidates effectively through social media marketing (recruitment), HR sourcing channels, and research techniques. Demonstrated ability in relationship management, lead generation, and sales techniques within the recruitment context.
