This position serves as a key point of contact between clients, field employees, recruiters, and internal operations. The ideal candidate can manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced staffing environment, respond quickly to last-minute staffing needs, and ensure client orders are properly staffed and supported. Key ResponsibilitiesStaffing Dispatch & Coordination Coordinate daily staffing assignments and employee schedules. Dispatch temporary employees to client locations based on client requirements, availability, qualifications, and shift needs. Confirm employee attendance, start times, locations, and assignment details. Handle call-offs, no-shows, late arrivals, and last-minute staffing requests. Quickly identify replacement workers when staffing issues arise. Maintain accurate daily staffing schedules and assignment records. Communicate schedule changes to employees, clients, recruiters, and operations. Follow up with employees to confirm they report to assignments as scheduled. Track attendance, hours worked, and assignment status. Account Management Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for assigned staffing clients. Build and maintain strong relationships with client contacts. Communicate regularly with clients regarding staffing levels, performance, attendance, and upcoming needs. Take and process new staffing orders. Understand client job requirements, shift schedules, skill requirements, and workplace expectations. Conduct regular client follow-ups to identify staffing issues and opportunities. Address client concerns quickly and professionally. Coordinate with recruiting staff to ensure qualified candidates are available for client openings. Help maintain client retention and satisfaction. Employee Support Maintain regular communication with temporary employees. Provide employees with assignment details, reporting instructions, schedules, and workplace expectations. Assist employees with questions regarding assignments, schedules, timekeeping, and attendance. Document employee issues and communicate them to the appropriate internal team. Monitor employee performance and reliability and communicate concerns to management. Administrative Responsibilities Maintain accurate staffing and employee records. Enter and update employee assignments in staffing/ATS software. Review and track timekeeping information. Assist with payroll-related questions and timecard corrections. Prepare daily staffing reports and client updates. Maintain documentation related to attendance, assignments, and employee status. Follow company policies and applicable staffing, wage, and employment requirements. Qualifications 2+ years of experience in staffing, recruiting, dispatching, logistics, customer service, operations, or account management preferred. Staffing agency experience is strongly preferred. Excellent communication and customer-service skills. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Ability to manage multiple assignments and priorities simultaneously. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Ability to respond quickly to last-minute staffing changes. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, email, and computer systems. Experience with an ATS, CRM, staffing platform, or scheduling software preferred. Ability to communicate professionally with both clients and temporary employees. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
