Hybrid Ref #: 33494 Responsibilities This position is responsible for leading the Company's full-cycle recruiting and talent acquisition efforts and for designing, coordinating, and delivering employee training and development programs, in support of both the US and overseas branch offices. Manages the full-cycle recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, screening resumes, coordinating and conducting interviews, and extending offers. Partners with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, develop accurate job descriptions, and define candidate requirements. Builds and maintains a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through staffing agencies and employee referrals. Designs, coordinates, and delivers new-employee orientation and onboarding programs. Partners with department managers to assess training needs and develop an annual training and development plan. Coordinate immigration-related matters and documentation for international employees and work Qualifications Recruiting & Sourcing Interviewing Presentation & Facilitation Communications (Oral & Written) Relationship Building Confidentiality Bachelors degree (B.A.) in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience. 2-4 years of experience in recruiting/talent acquisition and/or training and development. PHR, SHRM-CP, or ATD certification preferred but not required. Register Resume
