Full-Time Position Summary We are seeking a motivated and organized Bilingual Staffing Associate to join our team on a temporary basis. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, has strong communication skills, and can thrive in a fast-paced staffing and recruiting environment. The Staffing Associate will assist with recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and supporting employees while providing excellent service to both candidates and clients. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and Spanish and comfortable communicating with a diverse workforce. Key Responsibilities Recruit and identify qualified candidates for temporary and direct-hire positions Conduct candidate interviews and pre-screenings Communicate with candidates by phone, email, text, and in person Explain job opportunities, pay rates, schedules, and position requirements Assist candidates with applications, onboarding paperwork, and employment requirements Maintain accurate candidate and employee records Follow up with employees regarding attendance, schedules, assignments, and workplace concerns Communicate with clients regarding staffing needs and employee performance Assist with employee timekeeping and payroll-related questions Post and update job openings on various recruiting platforms Contact candidates and conduct recruiting outreach to build a strong candidate pool Help resolve employee and client issues in a professional and timely manner Provide excellent customer service to both clients and employees Perform general office and administrative duties as needed Qualifications Bilingual in English and Spanish required Previous recruiting, staffing, human resources, customer service, or administrative experience preferred Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent organizational and time-management skills Comfortable making frequent phone calls and communicating with candidates and clients Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and follow-through Professional, positive, and team-oriented attitude Comfortable using Microsoft Office and learning new computer systems Ability to handle confidential information professionally Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is someone who genuinely enjoys helping people find employment and is comfortable working in a busy, people-focused environment. You should be dependable, organized, approachable, and able to communicate effectively with individuals from a variety of backgrounds. Staffing experience is a plus, but we are also open to candidates with strong customer service, recruiting, administrative, or office experience who are interested in developing a career in staffing.
