Chinese + English About the Role We are seeking a highly driven Talent Acquisition Specialist based in Sunnyvale, California , to support fast-paced international hiring initiatives.

This role is ideal for someone with strong sourcing capability , who thrives in a high-bar, high-volume hiring environment , and is passionate about building global talent pipelines.

You will work closely with global stakeholders and play a key role in delivering high-quality hiring outcomes across international markets. Key Responsibilities End-to-End Recruitment Execution Manage full-cycle recruitment processes, including JD drafting, job posting, screening, interview coordination, and offer support Partner with hiring managers to align on hiring needs, candidate profiles, and evaluation standards Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring journey Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Building Proactively source candidates through multiple channels (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, etc.) Conduct cold outreach and effectively engage passive candidates Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for long-term hiring needs Talent Mapping & Market Insights Conduct industry and competitor talent mapping Provide structured insights on talent availability, compensation trends, and competitor landscape Support strategic hiring decisions with data-driven recommendations Recruitment Operations & Data Analysis Track hiring metrics and analyze recruitment data to identify improvement opportunities Provide actionable insights to optimize recruitment efficiency and quality Maintain accurate recruitment data and reporting Stakeholder & Candidate Management Serve as the primary contact for candidates, agencies, and interviewers Coordinate interviews across time zones and ensure efficient scheduling Build trust-based relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders QualificationsMust-Have 2-8 years of talent sourcing experience (strong sourcing capability is essential) Proven ability to independently manage end-to-end recruitment processes Proficient in sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruitment platforms Strong communication skills with the ability to work across cross-functional and global teams Fluent in English and Mandarin( professional working proficiency); Results-driven, accountable, and able to perform in a fast-paced environment Nice to Have Experience in tech companies or high-growth environments Experience in recruitment coordination or operations Familiarity with multi-country hiring and labor compliance Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret talent market data What We're Looking For Highly proactive and self-driven, with strong ownership mindset Curious about global talent markets and cultural differences Flexible, resilient, and able to handle ambiguity Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and build trust Ability to identify hiring risks early and proactively propose solutions Why Join Us Exposure to global hiring strategy and international talent markets Opportunity to work in a fast-growing, high-standard environment Strong ownership and impact in shaping talent acquisition outcomes
