Role Description The Campus Program Manager is a contract, hybrid role based in the San Francisco Bay Area, with a mix of on-site or work-from-home responsibilities. This role will design, launch, and manage university-focused programs that introduce students and campus organizations to Wajo AI's products and possibilities. Day-to-day work includes building and maintaining relationships with campus stakeholders, coordinating events and workshops, developing outreach campaigns, and managing student ambassador or internship programs. The Campus Program Manager will track program performance, gather feedback, and collaborate closely with product, marketing, and partnerships teams to refine initiatives. The role also involves creating content and resources tailored for campus audiences and ensuring consistent, engaging representation of Wajo AI across universities. Qualifications Program and project management skills, including planning, organizing, and executing campus initiatives. Relationship-building and stakeholder management skills to engage students, faculty, and campus organizations. Communication skills, including clear writing, public speaking, and presentation abilities for diverse audiences. Event coordination and community-building skills to run workshops, info sessions, and campus campaigns. Ability to use data and feedback to measure program impact, iterate on strategies, and report outcomes. Familiarity with AI or technology products and interest in translating technical concepts into accessible messaging. Comfort working in a fast-paced, early-stage environment with a high degree of ownership and autonomy. Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in program management, community engagement, marketing, or a related area. Prior experience in campus programs, student organizations, university recruiting, or community outreach is beneficial.
