Job Description

Job Description Join Teledyne Technologies' Talent Acquisition team supporting advanced Space Imaging programs. In this role, you'll help support Space Imaging businesses across locations such as Camarillo, CA; Bromont, Canada; and Chelmsford, UK. You'll play a key role in delivering a positive hiring experience by screening candidates, coordinating interviews, supporting recruiters, and ensuring candidates and hiring managers move smoothly through the recruitment process. If you enjoy organization, collaboration, and working with sensitive information, this role offers meaningful exposure to high‑impact technical hiring. You'll help bring top talent into an environment where precision, innovation, and mission truly matter. This is a temporary position expected to last approximately 6 - 9 months, with the potential for a temp‑to‑hire opportunity. What you'll do Assist with candidate screening, interview scheduling, candidate communications, and travel logistics Assist with Visitor Requests for on-site interviews Support recruiters with job postings, requisition tracking, and ATS workflow Track and process background checks and related pre‑employment requirements Coordinate onboarding activities and pre‑/post‑hire documentation Act as a recruiting liaison between candidates, recruiters, hiring managers, and HR Maintain accurate recruiting records, reports, and audit documentation Assist with creation, review, and auditing of job descriptions Support recruiting events, hiring initiatives, and TA projects Help improve recruiting processes and tools across the organization What you need Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities High attention to detail and discretion with confidential information Professional communication skills (written and verbal) 1-3 years related experience Prior Talent Acquisition or recruiting coordination experience Experience with Workday Software or other comparable talent system
Preferred:
