In this dual-role position, you will serve as the welcoming face of our office while helping drive local recruiting efforts. You will support daily office operations, manage administrative workflows, and source, screen, interview, and onboard candidates for a variety of hospitality positions. This is a fully in-office position scheduled Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM . Occasional local travel may be required to visit client accounts or support recruiting activities. Key ResponsibilitiesRecruiting and Talent Acquisition Source qualified candidates through job boards, social media, community partnerships, referrals, and local recruiting networks. Conduct initial phone screenings and in-person interviews to evaluate candidates' experience, qualifications, availability, and fit. Guide candidates through the application, hiring, and onboarding process. Assist candidates with completing required paperwork and documentation. Maintain accurate applicant records and active talent pipelines within internal recruiting systems. Communicate regularly with candidates regarding application status, next steps, and available opportunities. Support local recruiting events, job fairs, and community outreach efforts as needed. Administrative and Office Support Greet candidates, visitors, and clients in a friendly and professional manner. Answer incoming phone calls and direct questions to the appropriate team member. Keep the office clean, organized, stocked, and welcoming. Assist account managers and market leadership with data entry, reporting, file management, and record maintenance. Help manage office paperwork, documents, schedules, and general administrative workflows. Provide day-to-day administrative support to the management team. Assist with other office and market responsibilities as needed. Required Qualifications Previous experience in administration, recruiting, human resources, staffing, hospitality, or customer service is required. Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is required. Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced office environment. Friendly, approachable, and comfortable interacting with candidates from a wide range of backgrounds. Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Comfortable learning applicant tracking systems, HR software, and other workplace technology. Dependable and able to consistently work Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Ability to travel locally to client accounts or recruiting events when needed. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation may be required. Preferred Qualifications Experience in high-volume recruiting. Experience in hospitality or the staffing industry. You should be equally comfortable interviewing a candidate, updating a report, answering the phone, and helping the team keep daily operations moving forward.
