Talent Acquisition Coordinator Location:
Berthoud, CO Schedule:
Onsite We are working with a growing Northern Colorado organization that is adding a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to its recruiting team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys the coordination and people side of recruiting and wants to build their career within Talent Acquisition. The position will work closely with recruiters and hiring leaders to keep interviews, candidate communication, scheduling, and day-to-day recruiting activities organized and moving forward. The environment is busy and constantly evolving, so we're looking for someone who can stay organized, communicate well, and provide a great experience even when juggling multiple priorities. What You'll Do Own interview scheduling and coordination for candidates across a variety of departments. Communicate directly with candidates regarding interview availability, schedules, logistics, and next steps. Coordinate calendars between candidates, recruiters, hiring managers, and leadership. Help organize onsite interviews and ensure candidates know where to go, who they're meeting with, and what to expect. Keep candidate information and recruiting activity accurate within the Applicant Tracking System. Assist recruiters with candidate pipeline tracking and general recruiting reports. Support recruiting events, career fairs, university outreach, and other hiring initiatives. Help coordinate candidate travel when needed. Maintain recruiting resources, templates, interview materials, and internal documentation. Provide additional coordination and administrative support to the recruiting team during periods of high hiring activity. Look for ways to make scheduling, communication, and other recruiting processes more efficient. Maintain professionalism and discretion when working with confidential candidate and company information. What We're Looking For 1-2+ years of professional experience in recruiting, HR, administrative support, customer service, office coordination, or a related field. Strong organizational skills and the ability to keep track of multiple moving pieces at once. Excellent written and verbal communication. High attention to detail, particularly when managing calendars and interview schedules. Comfortable communicating with candidates, hiring managers, and senior-level employees. Ability to prioritize responsibilities when schedules or hiring needs change quickly. Strong customer-service mentality and a desire to create a positive candidate experience. Experience working with an ATS or other recruiting/HR software is helpful. Comfortable working with Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace. Ability to work independently while being a collaborative member of the recruiting team.
Pay:
$25.00 - $32.00 per hour
