About the role | Ko te mahi nei As a Recruitment Advisor, you'll be a trusted partner to hiring managers across the organisation, guiding them through the recruitment lifecycle and supporting them attract and select top talent. You'll manage your own portfolio of roles, giving you the autonomy to shape your day and apply creative, tailored strategies to meet the needs of each team. This is a fixed term role until approx. February 2028.

Your responsibilities will include:

Coaching hiring managers on best practice recruitment End-to-end recruitment: job briefs, job adverts, advertising, shortlisting, interviews, offers, and more! Facilitating bulk recruitment and assessment centres (when required) Advising and supporting on interview design, testing and immigration Championing our employer brand and attending networking events when required Continuous improvement on recruitment processes About you | Ko Koe Tēnei You're a down-to-earth, pragmatic recruiter who thrives on building relationships and making a difference.
