This is your chance. Our client is launching their GTM team and needs a recruiter to own GTM and sales hiring end-to-end, including first-in-seat roles with no existing playbook. 4 days in office, 1 day remote What they're looking for: ✅ 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, scaling GTM and sales teams at high-growth startups (Series C+) ✅ Direct experience recruiting Enterprise AEs and/or first-in-seat GTM sales roles (must-have) ✅ End-to-end ownership of a GTM/sales recruiting function and the hiring manager relationship at a startup, not just contributing to one ✅ Experience building recruiting infrastructure from scratch: scorecards, interview loops, and interviewer training Bonus points: ⭐ Experience building out first-in-seat roles ⭐ Ability to quantify your recruiting impact with hard metrics Not the right fit: ❌ Primarily technical/engineering recruiting with little real GTM ownership ❌ Pure strategy/ops or "Head of TA" profiles who haven't owned reqs recently ❌ Pure agency backgrounds with no in-house function ownership
