This opportunity is ideal for someone who can manage recruiting activities from initial outreach through offer coordination while delivering a positive candidate experience. The role will focus on corporate hiring, talent sourcing, and interview management in a fast-paced security industry environment.

Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end recruitment activities for assigned openings, from intake discussions through candidate selection and closing. Build and maintain strong pipelines of talent with relevant experience using proactive sourcing strategies across multiple channels. Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing priorities, define candidate profiles, and align on recruitment plans. Screen applicants and conduct interviews to evaluate skills, experience, and overall fit for corporate roles. Coordinate interview scheduling, candidate communications, and feedback collection to keep the hiring process moving efficiently. Maintain accurate candidate records and workflow updates within the applicant tracking system. Recommend effective sourcing and recruiting approaches based on market conditions and hiring needs. Support a consistent, positive experience for candidates and internal stakeholders throughout the recruitment lifecycle. Demonstrated experience in full-cycle recruiting for corporate or specialized positions. Strong background in sourcing candidates through diverse recruiting channels and talent networks. Ability to conduct interviews and assess applicants against role requirements and business needs. Experience working with applicant tracking systems to manage candidate activity and hiring workflows. Strong communication and relationship-building skills when partnering with hiring managers and candidates. Ability to manage multiple open requisitions and priorities in a deadline-driven environment. Prior recruiting experience within a corporate setting is required. Experience supporting hiring within the security industry is a plus.
