The ideal candidate will excel in full cycle recruiting, talent management, and building strong relationships with internal teams and external partners. Your expertise will help us attract skilled professionals through innovative sourcing strategies and effective candidate evaluation. Duties Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for diverse roles, including technical, operational, and administrative positions Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies utilizing social media marketing (recruitment), HR sourcing tools, and talent management software such as Kenexa BrassRing or Taleo Conduct comprehensive interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit Manage relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide strategic recruitment guidance Negotiate offers with candidates and facilitate onboarding processes to ensure a seamless transition into the company Maintain accurate records within applicant tracking systems (ATS) like UltiPro or Kronos while ensuring HR legal compliance Engage in campus recruitment initiatives and external recruiting efforts to build a robust talent pipeline for high volume recruitment needs Qualifications Proven experience in full cycle recruiting with a focus on technical recruiting and high volume recruitment environments Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills Proficiency with talent management software such as Kenexa BrassRing, Taleo, or similar ATS platforms Knowledge of employment law related to talent management and HR legal compliance Ability to source candidates through social media marketing (recruitment), cold calling, and other innovative channels Familiarity with HR systems like Paychex or Kronos for employee orientation, evaluation, and relations processes Demonstrated success in external recruiting, campus outreach, and employee onboarding initiatives Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in candidate sourcing and HR documentation Join us as a Senior Recruiter to play a vital role in shaping our team's future!
