We match local attorneys with large firms in need of coverage for short, procedural hearings nationwide. We are seeking a entry level Recruiter who can help us recruit new attorneys to handle cases posted by our client law firms. Our culture is casual, open, and direct. We support independent thinking and it's important to us that we support employee growth so you can do your best work every day. This is not your typical talent acquisition role. The majority of your time is spent actively sourcing, calling and pitching Docketly to passive attorneys. You have to be comfortable makeing 70-80 calls per day.

Key Responsibilities:

Learn how we recruit new attorneys either through cold call (primary method), text, or email Learn how the business operates quickly, and be able to make calls frequently. Ability to meet or exceed specific set goals and metrics Recruit new attorneys that are interested in contract/1099 employment opportunities with Docketly Daily stand-up meetings with the team
