Mead, CO Pay:
$25+/hour (DOE) Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruiting and support hiring efforts across multiple departments. This role is responsible for attracting, sourcing, evaluating, and guiding candidates through the hiring process while delivering a positive and professional candidate experience. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities Post and manage job openings across job boards, career sites, and social media platforms. Source and engage candidates from diverse talent pools, including outreach to underrepresented technical communities. Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs. Communicate regularly with candidates to provide updates and ensure a positive experience. Coordinate interviews and prepare hiring teams for candidate meetings. Partner with HR to extend offers and discuss employment terms, benefits, and work arrangements. Schedule pre-employment screenings including physicals, drug screens, and background checks. Support onboarding by assisting new hires, creating personnel files, and helping with new hire orientation and I-9 processing. Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) and recruitment databases. Serve as the ATS subject matter expert and train new users. Develop and track recruiting metrics and reporting analytics. Assist with interview training for hiring managers. Support employee engagement initiatives, including coordinating recognition for significant employee life events. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered. 3-5 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience required. Experience recruiting for production or manufacturing roles preferred. Skills & Experience Strong verbal and written communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Knowledge of employment laws and hiring best practices. Experience developing recruiting strategies and managing confidential information. Highly organized with strong attention to detail. Experience in manufacturing or general HR is a plus. Work Environment This role involves extended computer work and movement across a multi-building campus between Mead and Longmont locations. The environment includes manufacturing and laboratory spaces, and occasional use of PPE may be required.
