Job Summary The Bilingual Talent Acquisition Specialist is a key member of the People Operations team, responsible for identifying, engaging, and hiring high-quality candidates across hourly, skilled, and professional roles. Using innovative sourcing strategies and bilingual communication skills, this role helps fill hard-to-recruit positions and supports the full recruitment life cycle. This specialist also partners with hiring managers, promotes Versova's employer brand, and assists in other HR and strategic People Operations initiatives to drive organizational growth and maintain a positive work culture. Essential Job Functions Recruitment Support Assist with job posting and advertisement. Post roles across ATS and external platforms. Support interview and selection processes. Schedule interviews, prepare materials. Identify and recommend recruiting strategies based on industry standards and role type. Hiring Manager Collaboration Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers. Conduct intake meetings, provide updates. Event Coordination Coordinate and attend career fairs and recruiting events. Cultural Ambassadorship Promote People Operations programs and a positive workplace environment.
