Job Description
Overview If you're energized by people, move quickly, and enjoy managing multiple priorities, this may be the opportunity for you. Recruiting at Summit Careers is not a predictable, one-task-at-a-time job. Your day may include interviewing candidates, filling urgent openings, supporting employees, and responding to changing client needs. We're looking for someone who communicates confidently, takes initiative, and remains productive in a fast-moving environment. This position also offers a performance-based path into account management and operations leadership. What You'll Do Source candidates through job boards, referrals, and direct outreach Contact prospective candidates by phone, text, and email Interview candidates and match them with available positions Coordinate onboarding and pre-employment requirements Manage multiple job orders and candidate pipelines Support employee attendance, engagement, and retention Maintain accurate information in our applicant tracking system Meet recruiting activity, placement, and retention goals Support daily branch operations and changing priorities What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree required Confident communicator who enjoys working with people Able to move quickly between competing priorities Competitive, persuasive, and motivated by measurable results Takes initiative and ownership without waiting for direction Resilient when facing rejection, pressure, or setbacks Detail-oriented without losing momentum Coachable, accountable, and interested in earning greater responsibility
Growth Path and Compensation Recruiter and Talent Management:
$50,000 annually Initial development phase of approximately four monthsAccount Manager:
$55,000 annually Target advancement within approximately seven to eight months of startingOperations Manager:
$55,000 base salary Target advancement within approximately 12 months of starting, with eligibility for quarterly performance bonuses and total annual earning potential of up to approximately $65,000 Advancement is not automatic. Promotions depend on performance and demonstrated readiness. Schedule Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m.-4:30 p.m. There may be occasions when you need to arrive earlier or stay later based on employee, client, or operational needs. Training and Development We provide hands-on training, advanced recruiting technology and AI tools, continuous coaching, direct feedback, and measurable performance goals. Team Engagement and Incentives Team activities may include happy hours, camping trips, community events, and companywide activities.
