Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our growing team. In this role, you will lead full cycle recruiting efforts to attract top talent across various functions. Your expertise in talent acquisition platforms and candidate relationship management systems will be essential in building a strong talent pipeline. You will collaborate closely with leadership and hiring managers to ensure an efficient recruitment process that aligns with our company's fast-paced growth and strategic goals. Duties Manage end-to-end recruitment processes using ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) such as GHL and G-Suite tools ensuring a seamless candidate experience. Source candidates through diverse channels including social media management, job boards, campus recruitment, and referrals to generate high-quality leads. Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit for roles ranging from entry-level to executive positions. Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates through drip systems, providing ongoing communication and engagement. Collaborate with executives and managers on talent management strategies, market trends analysis, and succession planning initiatives. Experience Proven experience in full cycle recruiting within a fast-paced environment, preferably in human resources or talent acquisition roles. Strong understanding of recruitment processes and external recruiting strategies. Demonstrated ability in market trends analysis related to talent acquisition and employment law compliance. Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships across all levels of an organization. Experience managing teams of recruiters or collaborating directly with senior leadership on staffing initiatives. Familiarity with social media management for employer branding and lead generation purposes.
