Talent Acquisition Reporting Coordinator#26-33663 $45-$50 per hour Stamford, CT Hybrid Job Description Our client, a Healthcare company, is looking for a Talent Acquisition Reporting Coordinator for their Stamford, CT/Hybrid location.
Responsibilities:
We are seeking a junior to mid-level professional to assist with reporting needs and general administrative tasks for the Talent Acquisition department. The Talent Acquisition Reporting Coordinator supports the Talent Acquisition function by producing, analyzing, and maintaining recruitment reporting, dashboards, and data insights. This role serves as a key partner to recruiters, hiring managers, HR partners, and leadership by ensuring recruitment data is accurate, timely, and actionable. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills with attention to detail and a passion for process improvement. They will help drive data-informed talent decisions by monitoring recruiting metrics, maintaining applicant tracking system (ATS) data integrity, and providing regular reporting on hiring activity and workforce trends. Greeting and managing onsite candidate interviews in Stamford, CT including the arranging of catering and refreshments for senior level candidates Own ongoing updates, maintenance and distribution of Talent Acquisition demand reports and KPI tracking Facilitate smooth hand off from the consulting firm who is currently managing this work Identify and implement efficiencies in how the data is acquired and reported This is not an allencompassing list of responsibilities and additional ad hoc duties may be required at times to support the Talent Acquisition department
Requirements:
3+ experience in HR or Talent Acquisition Reporting Advanced Excel skills including Macros and VLookups. Basic Excel skills will not suffice Proficiency in PowerPoint Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills Nice to have skills (but not required): Power BI proficiency a strong plus but not required Experience with Phenom or Success Factors a strong plus but not required
