Our Recruiter is accountable for:

Full life cycle recruiting for a variety of positions across multiple levels and geographic markets Attracting, sourcing and screening passive prospects and active applicants through job boards and Kelly's applicant tracking system (Avature) Partnering with Hiring managers to understand role requirements, and to ensure that the assessment and selection process uses consistent, fair, and equitable practices

The annual base pay for this position is listed below. Final compensation will be based on experience and may vary by geographic location. $51,300- $68,400 Total compensation package including benefits as applicable to the position - understanding that each person has unique professional and personal needs focused on your total well-being.
