This role offers an exciting opportunity to work within a collaborative environment, where innovative thinking and strategic recruitment are key to finding the best talent.

Responsibilities:

Developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent. Building and maintaining relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs. Managing the full recruitment cycle, from job posting and sourcing to interviewing and onboarding. Utilizing various recruiting platforms and techniques to identify potential candidates. Ensuring a positive candidate experience through professional communication and timely feedback. Collaborating with the HR team to ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws. Tracking and analyzing recruitment metrics to optimize the hiring process. Participating in job fairs and networking events to promote the company's employer brand.

Requirements:

Proven experience in recruitment, with a strong understanding of the full recruitment cycle. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in recruitment software and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Knowledge of labor laws and regulations is a plus.
