Temporarily Hybrid Job Posting Title Talent Acquisition Recruiter - (Multi-State) Join our dynamic team at Quadrant Health Group. Quadrant Health Group is a rapidly growing substance abuse and behavioral health organization with multiple facilities across the United States. We are seeking a driven, resourceful, and relationship-focused Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. This role will work closely with and report to the Talent Acquisition Supervisor, supporting full-cycle recruiting efforts across multiple facilities and states. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes initiative, thinks creatively, and is passionate about identifying and attracting top talent. We are looking for someone who is proactive, persistent, and eager to go beyond traditional recruiting methods to build strong candidate pipelines and connect with high-quality talent. This is an exciting opportunity for a recruiter who enjoys building relationships, managing multiple openings, and contributing to the continued growth of a mission-driven healthcare organization.What You'll Do:
Major Tasks, Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned facilities, from job posting through offer stage Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines for hard-to-fill and high-priority roles Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent in competitive markets Partner with the Talent Acquisition Supervisor to distribute and manage requisitions across locations Proactively source, identify, and attract qualified candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, and other recruiting tools Conduct candidate pre-screenings and initial evaluations Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure a smooth scheduling process Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the hiring process Support hiring managers with candidate selection and hiring decisions Assist with offer letter coordination and pre-employment steps Ensure all candidate information and hiring activity is accurately tracked Help maintain consistency and compliance across recruiting processes in multiple states Collaborate closely with the Talent Acquisition Supervisor and team to meet hiring goalsWhat You'll Bring:

Relentless sourcing mindset with the ability to identify and engage passive candidates Relentless sourcing mindset with the ability to identify and engage passive candidates Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting processes Ability to proactively build talent pipelines rather than relying solely on inbound applicants Ability to manage multiple open roles across different locations in a fast-paced environment Strong sense of urgency and ability to move quickly in a high-growth organization Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational, time-management, and follow-up skills Detail-oriented with the ability to effectively prioritize competing demands Ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers Proficiency in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems Experience sourcing candidates using LinkedIn, Indeed, and other recruiting platforms Self-starter with a proactive, resourceful, and creative approach to recruitingQualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field Minimum of 1-3 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience Experience in healthcare or multi-state recruiting preferred Experience supporting high-volume hiring environments is a plus Experience working with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting technologies Experience sourcing and engaging passive candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, and other recruiting platforms Why Join Quadrant Health Group?
