This role will be responsible for managing full-cycle recruiting efforts, from sourcing candidates to coordinating interviews and supporting hiring decisions. This is a full-time onsite position ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment and enjoys building candidate pipelines in a manufacturing and precision-focused setting. What You'll Do Recruit for a variety of roles across FK Instrument, including production, quality, engineering, and administrative positions Source candidates proactively using job boards, LinkedIn, networking, and creative outreach methods Review resumes and screen candidates for qualifications and cultural fit Conduct initial phone screens and evaluate candidate suitability Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs Continuously improve sourcing strategies and identify new recruiting channels Provide a strong candidate experience from first contact through interview stage What We're Looking For Experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR support (full-cycle recruiting preferred) Strong sourcing and candidate outreach skills Comfortable conducting phone screens and evaluating candidates Organized, responsive, and able to manage multiple open roles Self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision Experience in manufacturing, technical, or skilled labor environments is preferred FK Instrument Co, LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to diversity in the workplace.
