What You'll DoRecruit Top Talent Source and identify high-potential college students and recent graduates Conduct first-round interviews and evaluate candidates Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline Guide candidates through the recruiting process from initial outreach to offer Develop Campus Relationships Build partnerships with university career centers, professors, student organizations, and campus leaders Attend career fairs, networking events, and university recruiting programs Create and execute campus recruiting strategies to increase Northwestern Mutual's visibility Build Referral Networks Partner with advisors, interns, alumni, and Centers of Influence (COIs) to generate referrals Create ongoing talent pipelines through networking and relationship-building Leverage personal and professional networks to identify qualified candidates Market Career Opportunities Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, Handshake, and other sourcing platforms Manage recruiting campaigns and outreach initiatives Promote internship and career opportunities through social media and campus events Growth & Career Advancement This is not a position with a ceiling.
