This is a unique opportunity to receive the security of a $40,000 guaranteed base salary while having uncapped earning potential based on the quality, retention, and performance of the people you recruit. There is no ceiling on your bonus compensation. The more successful recruits you bring into our organization, the more you can earn. What Could That Look Like? A successful recruit who stays with the organization and performs can generate approximately $1,000-$2,000+ in additional bonus compensation for the recruiter. Bring in 5 successful recruits , and that can represent approximately $5,000-$10,000 in additional bonus potential. Continue building a larger team of successful recruits and your compensation continues to grow. High-performing recruiters have the opportunity to build toward $100K, $200K, and potentially $300K+ in total annual compensation. There are no artificial caps placed on what a top performer can earn. These income levels are not guaranteed and depend entirely on recruiting results, retention, and the performance of the agents recruited. This Is More Than a Recruiting Job We're not looking for someone to simply post jobs, review resumes, and schedule interviews. We're looking for someone who wants to build an organization. You'll take ownership of the recruiting process from sourcing candidates through interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and helping create a pipeline of successful new agents.

Your responsibilities will include:

Manage the full recruiting cycle from sourcing through onboarding Recruit through Indeed, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, job boards, and other sourcing channels Create and optimize recruiting campaigns and job postings Proactively identify and contact potential candidates Review resumes and applications Conduct phone screenings and candidate interviews Present the Pinnacle Partners Agency career opportunity Maintain consistent candidate follow-up Coordinate second and final interviews Assist selected candidates through contracting and onboarding Coordinate new-agent orientation and training Maintain and manage an organized recruiting pipeline Track interviews, hires, onboarding, retention, and recruit performance Develop new recruiting strategies and sourcing channels Work directly with company leadership to achieve aggressive growth goals Who We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is: Competitive and financially motivated Confident and outgoing Excellent at building rapport Persuasive and comfortable presenting opportunities Highly organized Relentless with follow-up Comfortable managing a high-volume candidate pipeline Goal-oriented and driven by measurable results Comfortable being held accountable to recruiting KPIs Energetic, professional, and positive Entrepreneurial in how they approach recruiting Excited by an opportunity where compensation is directly connected to performance Previous experience in recruiting, staffing, sales, insurance, talent acquisition, or high-volume hiring is strongly preferred.
