We are seeking an motivated Entry-Level Recruiter to join our staffing agency. In this role, you will assist in sourcing, screening, and connecting candidates with job opportunities, while supporting client relationships and recruitment processes.

•$22HR Duties Source and recruit candidates for warehouse, industrial, administrative, and other positions. Post job openings on job boards, social media, and other recruiting platforms. Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates. Conduct phone screens and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and availability. Schedule interviews, orientations, and onboarding appointments. Assist with completing new-hire paperwork, including I-9 and other onboarding documents. Maintain accurate candidate and employee information in the company's ATS. Assist with general office and recruiting duties as needed. Qualifications & Experience Must be fully bilingual (English & Spanish) Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment. Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and familiarity with online job boards. Positive attitude, team player, and willingness to learn. Previous customer service, sales, or administrative experience is required.
