Job Summary AutoNation is seeking a contract based Corporate Recruiter to join our Corporate Talent Acquisition team at our Fort Lauderdale headquarters. This is a great opportunity for an experienced recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced, matrixed environment, can operate with a high degree of ownership, and effectively manages stakeholders. This is a fully onsite role based out of our Fort Lauderdale, FL headquarters (Las Olas Blvd). What You'll Do Lead full-cycle recruiting across different corporate business units (Marketing, Digital Marketing, Finance, Accounting, HR, Administrative, Legal) Manage 15-20 open requisitions at a time, adjusting your approach based on role complexity and business priority. Partner with department leaders, HR Business Partners, and senior stakeholders to understand hiring needs and build proactive talent pipelines. Develop and execute sourcing strategies using
ATS, CRM
platforms, job boards, social media, and direct outreach. Act as a trusted talent advisor—offering market insights, compensation benchmarking, and consultative guidance throughout the hiring process. Deliver an excellent candidate experience through timely, thoughtful communication at every stage. Maintain accurate documentation in Workday ATS and CRM tools to support data integrity and reporting. Flex support across other departments and Field Talent Acquisition teams as business needs evolve.
What We're Looking For:
3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a corporate environment or agency supporting large enterprise clients. Proven success hiring for technical and corporate roles across diverse functions. Ability to manage high requisition volume while maintaining quality, speed, and stakeholder confidence. Strong skills in sourcing, screening, stakeholder management, and offer negotiation. Comfort in a matrixed organization with experience engaging executives and senior business leaders. Proficiency with ATS platforms (Workday preferred), sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter), and CRMs. Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills. Flexibility and a collaborative spirit to support other business units as priorities shift.
