Associate Recruiter Kelly Education - Lee County Branch Fort Myers, Florida Join Our Team Kelly Education is seeking a motivated, people-focused Associate Recruiter to support our mission of connecting quality substitute teachers and educational support staff with schools throughout Lee County. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys recruiting, community outreach, customer service, and administrative support in a fast-paced environment. The Associate Recruiter will assist with candidate sourcing, onboarding, compliance processes, office administration, and customer support while helping ensure local schools have access to qualified educational professionals when they need them most. This position offers the opportunity to become eligible for full-time employment following a successful 60-90 day performance evaluation. Key Responsibilities Administrative & Office Support Greet substitute employees, candidates, and visitors while maintaining a professional office environment. Answer multi-line phone systems, route calls, and distribute messages. Monitor visitor sign-in procedures and support office security protocols. Perform data entry, maintain personnel files, and update records as needed. Assist with scheduling, reporting, and other administrative functions. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Source, screen, and interview candidates for substitute teacher, paraprofessional, substitute nurse, and educational support staff positions. Manage candidate pipelines and maintain timely communication throughout the hiring process. Conduct phone screenings and schedule interviews. Maintain applicant tracking systems and candidate records. Onboarding & Compliance Guide candidates through onboarding requirements, including background checks, fingerprinting, employment verification, and credential collection. Ensure all hiring documentation is completed accurately and in compliance with district and company requirements. Support new hires through the onboarding process and answer questions regarding employment requirements. QualificationsRequired High school diploma or equivalent. 1+ years of experience in recruiting, staffing, human resources, education, office administration, customer service, or a related field. Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Ability to travel locally for recruitment events, school visits, and community outreach activities. Preferred Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Education, Communications, or a related field. Previous experience in staffing, recruiting, education, or workforce development. Experience working with applicant tracking systems and database management.
Pay:
$18.00 - $23.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
