This role is essential for recruiting, onboarding, and supporting our driver and employee workforce while ensuring HR and DOT compliance.

Annually Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment & Onboarding:
    Manage the full candidate lifecycle. Screen, interview, and hire drivers/employees (verifications, MVR/PSP checks). Coordinate travel/lodging. Facilitate smooth onboarding (HR/payroll system setup, I-9s, orientation, trainer scheduling, truck assignment).
  • Compliance & Administration:
    Maintain compliant HR records and Driver Qualification files. Complete Clearinghouse queries. Distribute PPE and manage inventory. Process weekly payroll reports (deductions, bonuses, training pay). Update and distribute truck assignment lists.
Support & Outreach:
Represent the company at job fairs and CDL schools. Prepare separation notices/exit interviews. Assist with general HR, Safety, and Compliance tasks.

PM Skills:
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to handle confidential information discreetly.
Education:
High School Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Familiarity with DOT regulations and driver qualification requirements is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
