The Specialist will manage the full recruitment lifecycle and oversees all onboarding, credentialing, and new hire administration activities. This position is partnered with hiring managers to attract, hire, and onboard qualified candidates while ensuring compliance with federal, state, company, and customer requirements. The Recruitment & Onboarding Specialist plays a key role in creating a seamless transition from applicant to employee.
Responsibilities:
  • Provide full-cycle recruitment by managing every step of the recruitment process.
  • Maintain department and new hire files and records in electronic and paper form.
  • Monitor New Hire Incentive program.
  • Assist in collecting and reporting data from ADP for
EEO-1, EE0
Part 2 and
VETS-4212
Reporting, AAP Reporting, department, and company reporting as requested.
  • Deliver training and development.
  • Complete New Hire credentialing.
