Recruiter - NEOGOV Experience- STARTS ASAP We are seeking an experienced Recruiter with hands-on NEOGOV experience to support full-cycle recruitment for a government organization Manage full-cycle recruitment from job posting through onboardingPost positions and track applicants using NEOGOVReview applications and screen candidates for minimum qualificationsCoordinate interviews, assessments, references, and background checksMaintain accurate recruitment records and candidate documentationCommunicate with hiring managers regarding staffing needs and candidate progressParticipate in job fairs, community outreach, and recruiting eventsEnsure recruitment practices comply with government policies and procedures
