POSITION OVERVIEW
If you are a Naples native with prior recruiting experience we want YOU! We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented individual to join our team as an integral member supporting the recruiting and selection process of financial advisors for the Northwestern Mutual Naples Office. In this role, you will be employed directly by Managing Director Jesse Bouchard, who is responsible for overseeing operations within the Fort Myers and Naples District Offices. In this position, you will provide support for all recruiting efforts in Naples, as well as on campus at the local university, enabling the leadership team of the Naples District Office to efficiently attract, select, train, and contract financial representatives and interns. The ideal candidate is someone great at networking and building relationships in the community to identify and select the best talent to join our team of Financial Advisors. This position involves performing functions that allow the recruiting team to efficiently attract, recruit, select and contract Financial Advisors. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will have an overall understanding of the recruitment and selection process. This position requires a high degree of organization, attention to detail, ability to collaborate well as a part of a local leadership team, and ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of individuals. You must be comfortable with making candidate outreach by phone, as well as by email. On-campus efforts will include participating in career fairs, class talks, and resume building workshops. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Candidate Sourcing Candidate Sourcing:
Actively source qualified candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, personal social media networks, local networking events, on-campus events, and prospecting from your natural market
Process and Organize Applicants:
Manage leads for candidates using the Northwestern Mutual candidate tracking system.
Update Job Posts:
Maintain centralized posts on platforms such as Indeed and LinkedIn; conduct pre-screening of applicants.
Prospecting:
Be able to ask for referrals at community events, during interviews, and follow up calls.
Coordination File Management :
Organize and maintain candidate files and materials in a CRM, ensuring readiness for interviews using OneDrive and Microsoft Outlook.
Meeting Coordination :
Attend monthly development meetings and weekly leadership meetings; coordinate logistics, agendas, and presentation materials for meetings and events.
Marketing Support :
Assist with the marketing and branding of recruiting materials as needed.
Report Generation :
Produce daily and weekly reports as needed.
Interviews Selection Process:
Specific selection process accountability to include but not limited to screening candidates, scheduling interviews, conducting a minimum of 12 interviews per week (48 a month), administering selection tools such as assessments, guiding candidates through the selection process.
Candidate Communication :
Maintain consistent and timely touchpoints with candidates throughout the process.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree (preferred) Excelled in Cloud Services, Phoning, Microsoft Office, and Google applications Calendar Management Salary Range $60,000 - $70,000 per year depending on experience and skillset
STRONGLY PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Lives in Naples 2 years recruiting experience minimum Social Media tools: Instagram and LinkedIn
