Job Duties . Promote the mission of Lincoln Memorial University to all faculty, staff, students and to the community at large . Promote effective working relationships among faculty, staff, students, and community members . Participate on university committees . Assist with Admissions/Student Services office and reception coverage . Respond to telephone and e-mail inquiries regarding the admissions process . Assist with processing application information and supporting documentation . Update applicant files and notify applicants of application status. . Actively assist with planning of prospective and admitted student events, open houses, orientation, and commencement activities. . Maintain a helpful and approachable attitude when interacting with faculty/staff/students . Assist with the recruitment plan for
LMU-DCOM
. Coordinate and give campus tours . Communicate with PR regarding events and social media opportunities. . Schedule and give presentations to pre-med/pre-health clubs (students and faculty) at colleges and universities within our region and beyond . Assist with completion of required institutional and program accreditation reports and other reports necessary for the operation and advancement of the university . Perform other duties as assigned
