Talent Acquisition Specialist (Recruiter) Perry, FL Nammo Perry, Inc. Full Time 733051 Build A Career. Secure The Future. Nammo Perry is the center of excellence for the design, development and production of munitions and pyrotechnic products for the U.S. Department of Defense. Nammo employees working at the Florida site manufacture all types of 40mm low and high velocity ammunition; pyrotechnic marking; signaling and tactical illumination devices; battlefield effects training simulators; demolition charges; hand grenade fuzes; and other ammunition components. Additionally, they provide load, assemble, and pack (LAP) services for large caliber direct-fire ammunition. This position is responsible for executing talent acquisition initiatives that support the organization's rapid growth and expansion while strengthening the company's reputation as an employer of choice throughout the region. The Talent Acquisition Specialist executes full-cycle recruitment, employer branding, community engagement, and recruitment marketing initiatives established by Human Resources leadership. This role partners with hiring managers to attract top talent, coordinate recruiting activities, build candidate pipelines, and represent the company throughout the community while delivering an exceptional candidate experience. What You'll Do:
Precision in Action Talent Acquisition• Execute full-cycle recruitment for hourly, technical, professional, and salaried positions. Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and community partnerships. Screen applicants, conduct phone interviews, coordinate interviews, and manage the hiring process from requisition through offer. Maintain candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs. Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Maintain applicant tracking system data and recruiting metrics. Maintain recruiting records, applicant tracking system data, and recruiting reports. Ensure recruiting activities comply with employment laws and company policies. Employer Branding• Execute the employer branding strategy developed by Human Resources leadership. Create recruiting content across LinkedIn and other approved platforms. Showcase company culture, employee stories, facility growth, hiring campaigns, and community involvement. Capture photos and videos from recruiting and company events. Community Engagement Coordinate and represent the company at career fairs, college campus recruiting events, technical schools, military transition events, workforce development initiatives, and community events. Build and maintain relationships with colleges, universities, technical schools, workforce agencies, and community organizations. Coordinate internships, facility tours, classroom presentations, and recruiting events that strengthen the talent pipeline.
What Dedicated Teammates Bring Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or a related field. 2-4 years of full-cycle recruitment or talent acquisition experience. Experience sourcing candidates using multiple recruiting platforms. Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
SHRM-CP or PHR certification. Experience with employer branding or recruitment marketing. Manufacturing, engineering, construction, or skilled trades recruiting experience. Experience supporting a rapidly growing organization.
