We are currently seeking a highly motivated and qualified candidate to fill the role of Talent Acquisition Coordinator. This full-time onsite position is based in Rockledge, FL offers an exciting opportunity to join our team and contribute to a culture built on quality, integrity, and teamwork. The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will provide support for hiring our workforce that will include coordinating and assisting with sourcing and evaluating talent for positions across the organization. Responsibilities Support the C.A.R.E values of the organization. Review resumes and identify strong candidates Conduct initial screening interviews Organize, schedule and conduct onsite interviews Coordinate participation in career fairs Source for potential candidates Develop job postings Create offer letters Coordinate new hire orientation Responsible for the onboarding of new employees Provides support by planning and strategizing future workforce needs Edit and create job descriptions as required Support with other HR projects as required Qualifications
- Associate degree in human resource or related field preferred
- 1-3 years of human resource or talent acquisition experience required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong problem-solving skills with an ability to think critically
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills across all levels of the organization
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and data management Working Relationship Communication is required across all levels of the organization- executive team, other functional leaders, subordinates, and production floor workers. The Talent Acquisition Coordinator works under the immediate supervision of the HR Manager. Physical Requirements
- Position requires constant physical effort both inside and outside of an air-conditioned environment.
- Must be able to lift/move in excess of 50 lbs. at a time
- Stand, walk, stoop, and perform motions for an extended period of time.
