Duties Conduct phone interviews, skill assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit for specific project needs. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle using an Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) ensuring a seamless candidate experience from application to onboarding. Build strong relationships with hiring managers, project leaders, and external partners to understand staffing requirements and deliver tailored talent solutions. Engage in cold calling, lead generation, and outreach efforts through social media. Experience Proven experience in technical recruiting within the electrical construction industry. Strong knowledge of HR sourcing techniques, including utilizing job boards, cold calling, research methods, and social media outreach. Demonstrated ability in talent acquisition. Exceptional communication skills to effectively engage candidates at all levels and manage relationship building efforts. Ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
