Job Description

Pines of Sarasota is currently seeking qualified candidates for the role of Talent Acquisition Specialist. The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for the full life cycle of recruiting, including, sourcing, candidate screening, management training, succession planning, legal compliance, and reporting. The Talent Acquisition Specialist works with the hiring managers and the Human Resources department to plan for hiring and internal candidate development. This position is on site, in office Monday - Friday. The ideal Talent Acquisition candidate will meet the following requirements: Associate Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience in benchmarking and networking/sourcing ideas. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to interface with multiple and diverse customers. Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems. Minimum 3 years' experience as a human resources practitioner, specifically in the area of recruitment and employment practice.
