Job Description
Overview We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Financial Recruiter to join our team, either remotely or in-house. This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive talent acquisition initiatives within the finance sector, ensuring we attract top-tier sales professionals who align with our company's growth and strategic goals. As a vital part of our human resources and talent management team, you will leverage your expertise in full cycle recruiting, candidate sourcing, and relationship management to build a strong financial talent pipeline. Your energetic approach and proactive mindset will help us meet high-volume recruitment demands while maintaining compliance with employment law and HR legal standards. Responsibilities Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for finance roles, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates across various levels of seniority. Utilize talent management software and applicant tracking systems (ATS) to streamline candidate tracking and communication. Develop innovative sourcing strategies through social media marketing (recruitment), campus recruitment, and external recruiting channels to attract diverse candidates. Conduct HR sourcing activities such as cold calling, employee orientation, and employee evaluation to identify top talent efficiently. Manage relationships with hiring managers and external partners to understand staffing needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions. Ensure compliance with employment & labor law, HR legal standards, and internal HR policies during all stages of the hiring process. Participate in training & development initiatives focused on succession planning, high-volume recruitment, and technical recruiting best practices. Experience Proven experience in full cycle recruiting within the finance or related sectors, demonstrating success in high-volume recruitment environments. Strong negotiation skills combined with excellent communication skills to engage candidates effectively and close offers confidently. Familiarity with HR systems such as Kronos or UltiPro, as well as talent management software and ATS platforms. Knowledge of employment law in talent management, HR legal compliance, and HR sourcing techniques. Experience in technical recruiting, candidate sourcing, employee relations, and external recruiting strategies. Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrated ability to build lasting relationships with candidates and hiring managers through relationship management skills.
