We are looking for a motivated, driven, and coachable Associate Recruiter to join our growing team. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Make 100+ outbound calls per day to candidates, referrals, and potential applicants Source candidates through Indeed, job boards, recruiting databases, referrals, and other creative outreach methods Conduct phone screens and interviews to determine candidate qualifications and fit Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates Schedule and prepare candidates for interviews Communicate with candidates throughout the interview and hiring process Assist with onboarding, paperwork, and other pre-employment requirements Maintain consistent communication with placed/contract employees Build strong, professional relationships with candidates and clients Promote LVLS Integration as a great place to work Stay organized while managing multiple candidates and priorities at once Work closely with the recruiting and sales teams to meet hiring goals What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is: Motivated, competitive, and driven to succeed Coachable and willing to learn Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls A strong communicator who enjoys talking with people Organized and able to manage multiple priorities Comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-driven environment Interested in building a career in recruiting, staffing, sales, or business development Persistent and able to handle rejection without losing momentum A team player who takes ownership of their work Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required.
