Position Summary Beacon Hill is seeking an experienced Corporate Recruiter to support a high-volume portfolio of professional and corporate positions. This role will partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders, manage full-cycle recruiting activities, and drive hiring initiatives across multiple functional areas. The ideal candidate is a relationship-focused recruiter with strong sourcing skills, experience managing multiple requisitions, and the ability to build credibility quickly with stakeholders.

Approximately 4-5 months Key Responsibilities Manage a requisition load of 18-22 corporate positions simultaneously Lead full-cycle recruitment from intake through offer and close Partner directly with hiring managers, directors, and business leaders across multiple functions Conduct intake meetings to define hiring requirements, qualifications, compensation, and timelines Develop and execute sourcing strategies using Recruiter, referrals, talent pools, and direct outreach Source and engage passive candidates for professional and mid-level corporate positions Conduct candidate screenings and present qualified candidates to hiring teams Provide market insights and recruiting recommendations to stakeholders Maintain pipeline health and candidate engagement throughout the hiring process Collaborate with recruiting support teams to ensure a positive candidate experience Maintain accurate recruiting activity, candidate status updates, and hiring documentation Ensure data integrity and compliance within the applicant tracking system Deliver regular updates on recruiting activity, pipeline health, and hiring progress Systems & Tools iCIMS (Required) Recruiter Microsoft Excel Microsoft Outlook Microsoft Teams Microsoft Word Qualifications Minimum 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a corporate, agency, or RPO environment Experience managing 15+ concurrent requisitions Experience recruiting across multiple business functions including Human Resources, Finance, Marketing, Operations, Legal, and Technology Proven sourcing experience utilizing Recruiter and passive candidate outreach strategies Hands-on iCIMS experience is required Experience partnering with managers, directors, and senior business leaders Strong ATS documentation and data management skills Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills Strong organizational and time management abilities Ability to manage competing priorities in a deadline-driven environment Demonstrated success building relationships and influencing stakeholders Ability to work independently and drive results Beacon Hill is an equal opportunity employer and individuals with disabilities and/or protected veterans are encouraged to apply.
