343518 ) Description About the Entry Level Role As a Textron employee, you'll take on meaningful work from day one—contributing to real projects and collaborating with experienced team members across the business. This entry-level opportunity is designed to help you build your skills, gain exposure across functions, and grow through hands-on experience, mentorship, and development opportunities. Responsibilities Manage recruiting activities for assigned entry-level and moderately complex requisitions in support of business hiring needs. Partner with hiring leaders to understand position requirements, qualifications, and talent needs for assigned openings. Review candidate applications and evaluate qualifications against established job requirements. Conduct candidate screening interviews and assess skills, experience, and overall alignment with position requirements. Exercise judgment in recommending candidates for advancement through the selection process based on established hiring criteria. Execute sourcing strategies using recruiting tools, professional networks, referrals, and other talent acquisition resources to develop candidate pipelines. Present candidate recommendations and recruiting updates to hiring leaders and Talent Acquisition team members. Support offer development and hiring decisions by providing candidate insights, recruiting recommendations, and market information. Monitor recruiting progress, identify hiring challenges, and recommend solutions to support successful hiring outcomes. Collaborate with Human Resources, hiring leaders, and Talent Acquisition team members to support workforce planning, talent attraction initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts. Qualifications Education:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or a related field required.
Experience:
0+ years of experience required.
Software Knowledge:
Microsoft Suite Proficiency required. Familiarity with Taleo or similar ATS preferred.
