Job Description
A manufacturing organization in Augusta is seeking a Temporary Recruiter to join the Talent Acquisition team for an initial 60-day assignment, with the potential to extend to 90 days. This is an opportunity to support a high-volume recruiting environment and make an immediate impact across a variety of professional and manufacturing-related roles.
ResponsibilitiesReview resumes and conduct initial phone screensManage recruiting activities for open requisitionsPartner with hiring managers and business leaders throughout the hiring processRecruit for a variety of positions, including:
Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Advanced Concepts/AI)Supply ChainAccountingMaintenance TechniciansManufacturing and skilled labor positionsMaintain candidate pipelines and provide regular hiring updatesUtilize Taleo ATS to track applicants and recruiting activity
