This is an opportunity to support a high-volume recruiting environment and make an immediate impact across a variety of professional and manufacturing-related roles. Responsibilities Review resumes and conduct initial phone screens Manage recruiting activities for open requisitions Partner with hiring managers and business leaders throughout the hiring process Recruit for a variety of positions, including: Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Advanced Concepts/AI) Supply Chain Accounting Maintenance Technicians Manufacturing and skilled labor positions Maintain candidate pipelines and provide regular hiring updates Utilize Taleo ATS to track applicants and recruiting activity Previous recruiting experience required Full-cycle recruiting experience strongly preferred Manufacturing, industrial, engineering, or supply chain recruiting experience highly preferred Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Strong communication and organizational skills Experience with applicant tracking systems (Taleo experience a plus) TalentMatch ® Robert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
