As a Recruiter, you will identify, source, qualify, present, and place candidates in contract and direct-hire positions while building strong candidate networks and partnering with account management teams to meet client hiring needs. This is a Direct-Hire, full-time position. Benefits Package Competitive Compensation Package Medical, Dental, and Vision Benefits Paid Holidays (11) Paid Vacation Great work environment Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Care Partners Program Health Club Reimbursement Program Additional supplemental benefit programs 401k Salary Continuation Educational Reimbursement FMLA available after 12 months of service Shift Information Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM Additional hours as needed Career Path Senior Recruiter Recruiting Account Manager Talent Acquisition Leader Other Corporate Support Functions Required Education and Experience Bachelor's degree 1+ years of recruiting experience 1+ years of client engagement experience Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment Exceptional consulting and client relationship management skills, including successful conflict resolution High achievement drive, resilience, flexibility, and commitment to achieving goals Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Preferred Education and Experience CSC, CPC, PHR, or other relevant professional certification General Requirements Strong communication and presentation skills Flexibility and adaptability Collaboration and teamwork skills Customer and client focus Technical proficiency Strong organizational and time management skills Initiative and results-driven mindset Problem-solving and analytical skills Project management skills Sound decision-making and strategic thinking Business acumen Thoroughness and attention to detail Ethical conduct Personal effectiveness and credibility No direct supervisory responsibilities Essential Functions Utilize MAU and/or client applicant tracking systems (ATS) to effectively manage recruiting workflows and processes Identify and source qualified candidates through strategic recruiting methods, including networking, cold calling, job boards, and other sourcing channels Develop and implement sourcing strategies to identify and attract qualified passive candidates Build and nurture a strong network of candidates within assigned disciplines and markets Screen, qualify, and present candidates for contract and direct-hire opportunities Prepare candidates for job interviews Schedule interviews between clients and candidates, as appropriate Follow up with candidates and account managers after interviews Present employment offers and negotiate offers as necessary Partner with account managers to develop creative recruitment solutions that meet client hiring needs Contribute to the development and consistent execution of best practices for contract and direct-hire recruitment Foster collaboration, urgency, and teamwork with account management, business development, and recruiting colleagues Meet or exceed annual total gross margin goals Work Environment and Physical Demands Work is performed in a professional office environment Routinely use standard office equipment, including computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines Duties may be performed with or without reasonable accommodation Physical Requirements Ability to lift 5-20 pounds periodically Ability to stand or walk for up to 4 hours Ability to sit for up to 4 hours Travel 5% MAU Workforce Solutions is an innovative global company with extensive experience providing solutions for success in staffing, recruiting, technology and outsourcing to our clients, employees, and applicants.
