Overview Join our dynamic talent acquisition team as a Talent Acquisition Assistant, where your energy and enthusiasm will drive the recruitment process forward! In this vital role, you will support full-cycle recruiting efforts, manage candidate sourcing, and assist with employer branding initiatives. Your proactive approach will help attract top talent across various departments, ensuring our organization continues to thrive with skilled professionals. This paid position offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your HR and recruiting expertise in a fast-paced environment committed to growth and excellence. Duties Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop targeted sourcing strategies. Utilize talent management software and applicant tracking systems HR systems to manage candidate pipelines efficiently. Conduct candidate sourcing through social media marketing (recruitment), research, cold calling, and external recruiting channels to identify high-quality applicants. Assist in screening resumes, conducting preliminary interviews, and coordinating interview schedules for internal and external candidates. Maintain compliance with employment law in talent management and HR legal requirements during all recruiting activities. Contribute to employee orientation, training & development programs, and succession planning efforts to ensure seamless onboarding and ongoing talent growth. Experience Proven experience in high-volume recruiting is highly desirable. Strong relationship management and communication skills are essential for engaging candidates and hiring managers effectively. Familiarity with HR sourcing techniques, social media marketing (recruitment), and HR legal compliance is preferred. Knowledge of employment & labor law in talent management and HR systems is a plus. Demonstrated ability to multitask and manage payroll, phone calls, initial interviews, onboarding, E-Verify, and additional administrative responsibilities as needed.
