Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Onsite Manager to lead and oversee daily operations within our logistics and distribution facility. This role is vital in ensuring seamless warehouse activities, optimizing supply chain processes, and maintaining exceptional service standards. The Onsite Manager will coordinate teams, manage inventory, and implement process improvements to drive operational excellence. Qualifications Previous recruiting or staffing industry experience preferred. Experience in light industrial, manufacturing, warehouse, clerical, or administrative recruiting is a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational and follow-up skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable making outbound recruiting calls and communicating with a high volume of candidates. Strong computer and data-entry skills. Experience with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel. Bilingual English/Spanish is highly preferred. Positive, professional attitude and strong sense of urgency. Must be dependable, proactive, and team-oriented. Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, internal databases, and other recruiting methods. Conduct phone and in-person interviews. Match candidates with positions based on experience, skills, availability, and client requirements. Coordinate new-hire onboarding, applications, documentation, and orientation. Maintain accurate and detailed candidate and employee information in the staffing system. Follow up with candidates and associates regarding assignments, attendance, performance, and availability. Maintain consistent communication with clients and internal team members regarding staffing needs. Assist with high-volume recruiting and urgent staffing requests. Meet weekly recruiting and placement goals. Ensure candidates clearly understand job duties, schedules, pay rates, dress codes, attendance expectations, and safety requirements before starting an assignment. Support employee relations, assignment follow-ups, and end-of-assignment documentation as needed. Provide excellent customer service to candidates, associates, clients, and coworkers. Duties Lead and supervise warehouse staff, including team management, scheduling, and performance coaching to foster a high-performing work environment. Assist with processing weekly payroll for assigned clients account. Review and verify employee timekeeping records for accuracy. Verify timecards and hours worked before payroll submission. Review employee punches, including clock-in, clock-out, meal periods, and other timekeeping records. Identify missed punches, incorrect punches, missing hours, and other discrepancies . Follow up with employees and/or supervisors to obtain corrections and missing information. Compare timecards and timekeeping records to ensure hours are accurate. Communicate payroll discrepancies to the appropriate supervisor for review. Obtain supervisor verification and approval of employee hours. Prepare and submit completed payroll timesheets and approvals to our Corporate Payroll Team within established deadlines. Maintain organized payroll and timekeeping documentation. Follow up on outstanding approvals to ensure payroll is processed accurately and on time. Maintain confidentiality when handling employee payroll and personnel information.
