The Junior HR Recruiter will own full-cycle recruitment for these hourly roles at a sustained pace of approximately 8-15 new hires per week, managing a high volume of applicants, fast requisition turnover, and tight fill timelines. This role is well suited to a motivated, detail-oriented recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume, blue-collar hiring environment and is comfortable balancing speed with compliance. This position reports to the HR Manager and works closely with warehouse operations leadership to ensure staffing levels consistently meet business needs.

  • Consistently source and hire approximately 8-15 new warehouse associates per week to meet ongoing operational staffing needs.
  • Post and manage requisitions across high-volume job boards and platforms such as Indeed, ZipRecruiter, Snagajob, and Facebook Jobs, along with local community resources.
  • Partner daily with warehouse supervisors and operations managers to understand real-time staffing needs, shift gaps, and hiring priorities.
  • Plan, coordinate, and staff walk-in hiring events, open houses, and job fairs to drive applicant flow.
  • Conduct high-volume phone and in-person screenings, moving qualified candidates quickly through the pipeline to meet same-day or next-day offer timelines.
  • Coordinate pre-employment steps including background checks, drug screenings, and I-9/E-Verify completion.
  • Track recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, offer-acceptance rate, and new-hire show/no-show rates, and use this data to adjust sourcing strategy.
  • Ensure recruitment practices comply with all applicable federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Maintain accurate, audit-ready records of recruiting activity within the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Promote and support the employee referral program to help build a consistent warehouse talent pipeline. HR & Onboarding Support
  • Coordinate onboarding logistics for large, recurring cohorts of new warehouse hires, including new-hire paperwork, orientation scheduling, and system entry.
  • Support HR compliance efforts related to hourly workforce recordkeeping and policy adherence.
  • Provide general administrative HR support as needed, including responding to candidate and new-hire inquiries.
  • Collaborate with the HR team and HR leadership on broader initiatives related to hourly workforce staffing and retention. Qualifications & Requirements Required

  • Demonstrated ability to manage a high volume of open requisitions and applicants simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable working toward and meeting weekly hiring targets (approximately 8-15 hires per week).
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and high-volume job board platforms.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with excellent attention to detail.

  • Prior experience recruiting specifically for warehouse, distribution center, or logistics operations.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred given the composition of the warehouse workforce.
  • Familiarity with I-9/E-Verify and other pre-employment compliance processes.
  • Experience supporting or coordinating hiring events or job fairs. Physical & Work Environment
  • Fully on-site role based out of the Forest Park, GA facility.
