+ Quarterly Bonuses Empire Roofing & Restoration is hiring a W-2 Sales Recruiter & Trainer to recruit, hire, train, and develop high-energy sales representatives across Metro Atlanta. This is not a desk recruiting position. We are looking for someone who knows how to find salespeople, identify closers, develop talent, and get new reps producing in the field. You will own the recruiting and training process—from finding candidates and conducting interviews to onboarding, ride-alongs, sales training, and helping new representatives become productive members of our team. What You'll Do Recruit 1099 sales representatives through job boards, referrals, networking, social media, and local outreach Screen candidates for sales ability, work ethic, coachability, competitiveness, and drive Conduct interviews and participate in ride-alongs to identify people who can actually sell Manage onboarding and the first 90 days of training Train new representatives on: Roofing and exterior inspections Insurance-claim conversations Door knocking and canvassing Self-generated lead development Referral generation Running appointments Following up with homeowners Closing sales Empire's complete sales process Work alongside new representatives in the field until they are comfortable running appointments independently Track recruiting pipeline, interviews, hires, start dates, retention, training progress, and production Work directly with ownership to continuously build a sales organization filled with producers—not just applicants What Success Looks Like We aren't measuring this position by how many résumés you collect.

Success means:

Maintaining a consistent pipeline of qualified sales candidates Getting new representatives trained and producing within 30-90 days Maintaining strong 90-day retention Developing representatives who can generate their own opportunities Increasing closed revenue from the salespeople you recruit and train Building a strong, competitive sales culture Who We're Looking For The ideal candidate has experience in sales recruiting, sales training, field sales leadership, or building sales teams. Experience in any of the following is strongly preferred: Roofing | Restoration | Home Improvement | Solar | Windows | Siding | Remodeling | Door-to-Door Sales | Outside Sales You should be: Comfortable recruiting and coaching competitive salespeople A strong, direct communicator High-energy and comfortable holding people accountable Willing to spend time in the field—not just behind a computer Organized enough to manage both a recruiting pipeline and training calendar Comfortable working directly with company ownership Focused on measurable production and results Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required. Base Salary:

PLUS:

Hiring & Retention Bonuses $1,000 at 30 days Additional $1,000 at 90 days Revenue Override 1% override on revenue generated by representatives you recruit and train during their first 12 months Quarterly Performance Bonus Up to $4,000 per quarter for achieving hiring, retention, and ramp-up goals This compensation structure creates strong first-year earning potential for someone who can consistently recruit good people, develop them, and turn them into productive sales representatives.
