Full-Time $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per hour Recruiting Opportunity with an Industry Leading Wildlife Management Company! Responsibilities What You Will Do The Recruiter is responsible for managing the full cycle recruiting process to attract, assess, and hire top talent across multiple business functions. This role partners closely with hiring managers to develop sourcing strategies, build candidate pipelines, and ensure a positive candidate experience while supporting organizational growth objectives. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of recruiting experience, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to successfully manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment. Your Daily Duties Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition approval through offer acceptance and onboarding. Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies. Source, screen, and evaluate candidates using job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and direct sourcing techniques. Conduct phone screens and initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit. Coordinate interviews and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring managers. Maintain accurate candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Develop and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs. Attend job fairs, recruiting events, college recruiting activities, and community networking events. Manage the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to maintain steady candidate flow. Develop strategic recruitment plans using social media, professional networks, college recruiting, and veteran programs Expand military and college recruitment programs, establishing relationships with universities, vocational schools, and community colleges Schedule and attend hiring events and career fairs Track recruitment source effectiveness and hiring metrics Perform other administrative duties as assigned You Will Thrive In This Role If You hold yourself to high standards You enjoy building relationships and creating a bond and rapport with your team members and candidates You have great time management skills

Qualifications Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, marketing, communication, or related field preferred Minimum of 3 years of recruiting experience with a proven track record of successfully filling exempt and non-exempt positions across multiple departments. Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work independently while collaborating as part of a team Experience with ATS systems is a plus Detail-oriented and organized Self-starter with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives Innovative and strategic thinker
